Tekla Structures — Structural Detailing

Detailed steel and reinforced concrete structural modelling, shop drawing production, rebar scheduling, and IFC-based BIM coordination using Tekla Structures.

What you will learn

• Build detailed steel and RC structural models with connection definitions and accurate rebar cages
• Produce fabrication-ready shop drawings, part marks, and material cutting lists from the model
• Model reinforced concrete elements including beams, columns, slabs, and foundations with full rebar detail
• Export IFC files for BIM coordination and review in clash detection applications

Who it's for

FET structural engineering students. Prior experience with any structural analysis software is recommended.
