Planning, organisation, and management of construction sites including HSE compliance, site documentation, resource coordination, and project monitoring for site managers and engineers.

What you will learn

• Plan construction site layout including access routes, storage, welfare facilities, and temporary works
• Apply HSE standards, conduct toolbox talks, implement PPE requirements, and manage permit-to-work systems
• Manage site documentation including daily diaries, RFIs, inspection records, and material delivery schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress against programme, and manage snagging and quality inspections
