Practical skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining desktop and laptop computers, including component-level troubleshooting, OS reinstallation, and preventive maintenance.

What you will learn

• Identify PC/laptop components and explain their function within the system
• Diagnose and resolve common hardware faults using structured troubleshooting methods
• Assemble, disassemble, and safely handle components (ESD precautions)
• Perform preventive maintenance, OS reinstallation, and basic driver/BIOS updates
