Motorcycle Repair & Maintenance

Practical training in 2-stroke and 4-stroke motorcycle engine servicing and repair, electrical system diagnosis, carburetor/EFI maintenance, and chassis and brake systems.

What you will learn

• Perform a complete motorcycle service including engine oil/filter, air filter, spark plugs, chain, and brake inspection
• Diagnose and repair 2-stroke and 4-stroke engine faults using systematic fault-finding methods
• Service and adjust carburetor fuel and air systems or diagnose EFI sensor faults using a diagnostic scanner
• Inspect and service braking systems, wheel bearings, suspension linkages, and tyre condition

Who it's for

Open to all FET students and working technicians. Basic mechanical aptitude is required.
