• Identify the causes of damp and water ingress and select the correct waterproofing system for each situation
• Apply crystalline waterproofing compounds correctly to concrete substrate surfaces
• Apply torch-on bituminous membrane for basement tanking and flat roof waterproofing applications
• Apply liquid-applied and sheet membrane systems in wet rooms, balconies, and water tank applications
