What you will learn

• Describe the main FIDIC contract forms (Red, Yellow, Silver Book) and their appropriate engineering applications
• Prepare contract documents including specifications, BOQ items, and a tender invitation package
• Administer a construction contract including valuation of work done, variation orders, and interim payment certificates
• Manage contract claims and disputes using negotiation, adjudication, and arbitration procedures

Who it's for

FET civil engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management students. Some project site experience is helpful.
